KingK9s is provided by Ricardo Cardoso, an independent publisher publicly identified as RiCardoso. These terms govern use of the game during testing. By creating or linking an account, participating in online features or using the game, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Rules.
Eligibility
KingK9s is not directed at children under 13. Higher minimum ages or parental authorisation may apply in your country.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access methods secure. Do not sell, transfer, share or impersonate another account. Recovery may depend on linking to a supported provider; anonymous progress can be lost if it is not linked.
Fair play and conduct
Do not use cheating, automation, exploit abuse, client or network manipulation, harassment, team impersonation, sanction evasion or illegal content. We may review reports, correct illegitimate results, change inappropriate names and restrict or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations.
Progression and virtual items
Virtual currency, chests, characters, dogs, skins and other unlocks are digital features with no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Balance and availability may change to keep the game fair. KingK9s should not sell competitive advantage.
Purchases
There are no active purchases in the current testing build. If Android purchases are added, they will be processed through approved Google Play flows, with price and taxes shown before confirmation. Refunds follow store rules and applicable law.
Online services
Online features require Internet access and may be changed or interrupted for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons. Matchmaking, Ranked, events and items may have limited availability during testing.
Suspension and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and data on the deletion page. Deletion is permanent, except for limited retention required by law, security or fraud prevention. An account may be restricted for violations, with appeal where applicable.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The final version must be reviewed for launch countries and identify the publisher, contact, applicable law and dispute-resolution mechanism.
