KingK9s is provided by Ricardo Cardoso, an independent publisher publicly identified as RiCardoso (“we”). This policy explains the information processed when you use the game and the choices available to control your data. Contact: [email protected].
Information processed
- Account: a random Unity Player ID and, when you link an account, the identifiers required by the selected provider.
- Progression: unlocked fighters, dogs and skins, selected equipment, currency, chests, match totals and reward identifiers.
- Multiplayer and community: session identifiers, scores, public player name, friendships and submitted reports.
- Optional analytics and diagnostics: gameplay events, screen flow, rewards, platform and summarised error signatures, only after the consent choice shown in the game.
- Technical service data: IP address and identifiers required for authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, matchmaking, leaderboards and security.
Why we use this data
Account, progression and multiplayer data are used to provide the game, synchronise your profile, form matches, award rewards, prevent abuse and protect competition. Optional analytics and diagnostics help improve game stability and balance.
Analytics choice
Optional analytics and diagnostics remain disabled until you make a choice. You can refuse or withdraw consent later in the game settings. Refusing does not prevent access to normal features.
Custom events intentionally exclude player names, free text, room or Relay codes, precise location, contacts, photographs and advertising identifiers.
Service providers
KingK9s uses Unity Technologies services for authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Analytics, Multiplayer, Relay, Matchmaker, Friends and Leaderboards. Competitive mode uses dedicated servers hosted through Microsoft PlayFab. These providers may process technical data required to operate and protect their services.
Retention
Progression and account data are kept while the account is active and until a deletion request is completed, except where limited retention is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Analytics retention follows the configuration applied to Unity Analytics.
Your rights and choices
You can request access, correction or deletion through the account deletion page or the channel shown on the support page. Account deletion is permanent and removes access to associated progression, currency, chests, unlocks, social status and competitive data.
Children
KingK9s is not directed at children under 13. Higher age limits or parental authorisation may apply depending on the country. Public distribution and any processing relating to minors depend on the applicable age rating and family requirements.
Security
Access controls, protected cloud data, server-side validation and encrypted network transport are used to reduce unauthorised access. No system is completely secure.
