1. Use an appropriate identity
Do not use names containing hate, threats, sexual content, contact details, links, advertising or impersonation of the KingK9s team.
2. Respect other players
Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, stalking, threats, humiliation or encouragement of real-world harm. In-game disagreements never justify abuse.
3. Play fairly
Do not use cheats, external bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, network manipulation, match fixing or matchmaking interference. Report vulnerabilities through support instead of exploiting them.
4. Protect your account
Do not sell, trade, lend or share accounts. Never publish Player IDs, tokens, Relay codes or another person’s private information.
5. Use reports responsibly
Reports must be truthful and related to observable behaviour. False, repeated or harassing reports may also be sanctioned.
Moderation and consequences
Depending on severity and repetition, a violation may result in a warning, name change, content removal, social or Ranked restrictions, temporary suspension, result correction or account termination. Illegal behaviour or immediate risk may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Social features support blocking and reporting. To challenge a decision or provide additional context, use the channel shown on the support page. A report is an allegation and will be reviewed before a decision whenever possible.
